Comparison of the two ratchets

Notice the positions of the Snap-On logos. They are rolled on in a separate process from the making of the body. This also makes them distinct from one another.

So, why would I compare these two ratchets as if they are hard to tell apart, when they look so different?
Because (when questioned about the rust) the seller claimed to have sent the exact ratchet that was in the pictures.
The seller also claimed to have lightened the pictures and said that it may have made the ratchet look better than it actually was.
I then wondered if something corrosive got on it when it was packaged causing the severe difference in appearance.
After all, there is rust in the bubble wrap it came in, it appeared like it was wrapped wet and rusted in the packaging.
However, that idea was put to rest when I noticed that the screw heads and, more importantly, the logos were not in the same positions.
